“I engaged the services of Quezada Coaching & Consulting because of a longstanding frustration with where I was at the time, and my inability to identify what direction to take in my career.” - A.M.

What brings you to coaching?

Why now?

Coaching can be such a powerful tool to help you to experience moving in the direction of your dreams and to support your mind to focus consistently on what is most important to you.

Being willing to build a life you really love living is one of the most empowering things you can experience.

Coaching services

There are many benefits to coaching - among these are seeing your goals and the intentions for your life with clarity, acting from your most authentic values and improving the way you communicate with others.

Each coaching session is 50-60 minutes in length and these are typically held twice each month.

Coaching sessions will typically take place over a virtual platform like Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Phone calls are also acceptable.

When the client prefers to meet in-person, this will be possible within the greater Los Angeles area.

  • “Thoroughly enjoyed working with Carolina. She brought a sense of organization, detail mindedness and creativity to the work that we did together. And she is an extremely collaborative and caring person. Also, demonstrated flexibility.”

  • “Carolina is a good collaborator and embodied the essence of coaching work in her feedback throughout the project.”

  •  “Carolina helped bring clarity and helped formulate the ideas I was unable to express. She used different tools to help me find my way, and next steps.”

People’s time is their most precious commodity

When you invite people to a meeting, you're asking for their most valuable resource: time.

Thoughtfully designing the experience—from visioning and team-building to clear outcomes and next steps—is one of the most strategic ways to move your mission forward.

    • Meeting and retreat agenda design

    • Team-building and group facilitation

    • Visioning, brainstorming, and action planning

    • Customized materials and post-meeting summaries

I support people to embrace the joy and fulfillment of their life’s work so that they contribute to and are contributed by their community

As a community advocate, coach and facilitator, working for nonprofit causes for 27 years, I have a passion to support the growth and impact that organizations have on civil society.

Always the student of organizational systems and dynamics, my interest in understanding how organizations impact their communities has led me to hold a variety of roles through the years such as fundraiser, program director, executive director and board member.

Throughout my career, I’ve come to understand that motivation and drive lie at the heart of every successful organization or initiative. All too often, processes and systems command more attention than the hopes, motivations, and willingness of the people who do the work.

With a deep commitment to supporting others in discovering their future potential, I’ve trained in the Academy for Coaching Excellence’s model. This approach emphasizes core values, embraces each person’s unique “heroic journey,” and helps individuals explore the distinctive gifts they bring to the world.

As a facilitator, I lead both in-person and virtual sessions taking from various methodologies and toolkits offered by Technologies of Participation, Liberating Structures and Results Based Facilitation among others.
